Access to Assisi & Practical Guidance
Assisi is about a 35-minute drive from Vocabolo Moscatelli, along gently winding roads. 
Parking is available at the edge of the historic centre, from which a short uphill walk leads into the medieval heart of the town.
Wear comfy shoes: the town is perched on a slope, with steps, terraces, and cobbled streets.
Plan at least half a day, to explore the layers of history, art, and sacred architecture at a leisurely pace. Early morning or late afternoon visits are recommended for softer light and fewer crowds, creating the perfect conditions for reflection and photography.
